Delete your LeashUp account
LeashUp is made by CyrenX Tech Pte Ltd. You can delete your account and the data linked to it at any time.
In the app (fastest)
- Open LeashUp and go to More.
- Tap Account.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
By email
Can't open the app? Email contact@cyrenx.biz from the email address you signed in with, with the subject “Delete my LeashUp account”. We'll delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
- Your account and sign-in details
- Your profile, community posts, comments, photos, likes and friends
- Records stored on our servers for your account
Dog records saved only on your phone are removed when you delete the app.
What may be kept
- Reports of abuse and moderation records, kept as long as needed for safety
- Purchase records held by Google Play or the App Store, under their own policies
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in Google Play › Payments & subscriptions, or Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions.
